1000Degree operates as an authorized multi-brand streetwear retailer. We source products directly from brands and authorized distributors. We respect the intellectual property rights of all brands, designers, and creators.

BRAND & PRODUCT REMOVAL REQUESTS

If you are a brand owner, intellectual property rights holder, or authorized representative and you believe any product listing, image, logo, or content on 1000degree.com infringes your intellectual property rights, we will respond promptly and remove the content if your claim is valid.

We take these requests seriously. Most legitimate removal requests are processed within 48 business hours.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REMOVAL REQUEST

Send your request via our contact page: 1000degree.com/pages/contact-us

Your request must include ALL of the following:

1. Your Identity

  • Full legal name
  • Company name and title
  • Business address
  • Email address and phone number
  • Statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf

2. Identification of the Content

  • Specific URL(s) of the product listing(s) on 1000degree.com
  • Description of the copyrighted work or trademark being infringed
  • Your registration number if applicable (trademark, copyright)

3. Statement of Infringement

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
  • Your electronic or physical signature

4. Your Authorization Status

  • Confirmation that you are the rights holder OR
  • Confirmation that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SUBMIT

  • Step 1: We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
  • Step 2: We review your claim within 48 business hours
  • Step 3: If valid: content removed within 48 hours of confirmation
  • Step 4: We notify you of the action taken
  • Step 5: If we need more information we will contact you directly

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include:

  • Your contact information
  • Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
  • Your signature

AUTHORIZED RETAILER STATEMENT

1000Degree sources products through legitimate wholesale and distribution channels. We do not knowingly list counterfeit, unauthorized, or infringing products. If you are a brand seeking to establish or verify an authorized retail relationship with us, contact us through our Contact page.

REPEAT INFRINGEMENT POLICY

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
