All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Free standard shipping on all orders $150 and over.
Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $7.99.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited shipping options available at checkout.
Orders placed before 2PM EST ship same day.

In-Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup available at our Salem, NH location.
Orders are usually ready within 2 hours of purchase.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with 
a tracking number. Track your order anytime via the 
Shop app if you checked out with Shop Pay.

Damaged Orders
